In this post I’ll share a bit about the model, what went into creating it, and where you can get it if you’d like to use it in your own projects. About the Model This piece captures the iconic moment from the original Pac-Man game — the yellow character pursuing the colorful ghosts through a simple maze-like environment. I wanted to keep the nostalgic feel while giving the characters clean, modern 3D forms that work well for rendering, animation tests, or game prototypes. Creation Process I combined traditional modeling techniques with some AI assistance for the initial base shapes. After generating the rough forms, I spent time refining the topology by hand so the meshes stay clean and usable.
